KidNetic® is a youth and junior athletics development programme. Using an athletics-based programme, we build athletes up from the foundation, working on their balance, stability, motor skills, and awareness, all while having fun!

Each month, we will focus on specific elements of athletics for the kids to improve their all round proficiency. We will cover all events from sprints, endurance, hurdles, long and high jump, and the modified throws (discus, shot put, javelin).

+ Kids aged 9-11

Our minimum age for the KidNetic group is 9. If you are below 9, do consider our Learn To Run programme.

+ Just starting out in athletics

Not sure where to start? Wondering what the difference between a long jump and a triple jump? We introduce all the athletics events to the kids so beginners are welcome!

+ Athletes from other sports

Our training will benefit athletes playing other sports by improving their foundation skills, reaction, speed, power, and general fitness. We have athletes from badminton, rugby, football, tennis, etc! Contact us to see what we can do for you.
