Our competitive programme is for athletes who are looking to train seriously for athletics. The programme is geared towards the major school competitions and will build up athletes looking to perform well in such meets.

+ Athletes aged 11 and up
Our minimum age for the competitive group is 11. If you are below 9, do consider our KidNetic programme.
The programme will also be tailored for athletes secondary level and up.
+ Trying to improve in your event
Looking for a boost in your performance? We aim to cover all avenues such as strength and conditioning, techinical corrections, as well as a periodised programme so that you get the most improvement in your performance.
+ Athletes from other sports
Our training will benefit athletes playing other sports by improving their foundation skills, reaction, speed, power, and general fitness. We have athletes from badminton, rugby, football, tennis, etc! Contact us to see what we can do for you.
+ Customised training

*Please note that the lessons last around 75-90mins. Sometimes the athletes are given additional work that they can complete independently (which will take up to another 30mins to complete).
