FAQ

+ How often can I attend?

You can choose to attend once a week ($120) or twice a week ($180).

+ I can't attend all the sessions. Can I pay a portion of the fees?

Unfortunately you will still have to pay the full fee. You can choose to do a make up lesson at any of our other locations!

+ What if there is wet weather/are any cancellations?

If there is wet weather or lightning, we will usually try to conduct the lesson under shelter. We will only cancel the class if weather is very very bad. In that case, we will try to inform you before class starts.

In the event of cancellation, there will be no refunds, but you can do a make up at any of the other locations!

+ Do you have any evening sessions?

You can check out our regular sessions at www.fwcc.com.sg/kidnetic or www.fwcc.com.sg/learn-to-run

+ My kid is an existing student. Can I change his classes from the evening to the morning ones?

To qualify for the rates for existing FWCC students, you need to have paid for the full fee for the standard programme. If you wish to only attend the morning session, you will have to pay the full fee.

+ My kid is older than 12/younger than 4. Can they still join?

If they are younger than 4, we request that a parent or guardian help supervise them during the lesson.

If they are older than 12, contact us to let us know. If they are suitable to join in, then it's fine. We also have our competitive class in the evenings that they can consider (www.fwcc.com.sg/competitive)

+ I have other questions. How do I contact you?

You can email us at enquiry@fwcc.sg or whatsapp us at 96450320 with the subject of our 2019 Holiday Programme
