KidNetic® is a youth and junior athletics development programme. Using an athletics-based programme, we build athletes up from the foundation, working on their balance, stability, motor skills, and awareness, all while having fun!
Kids will get to learn how to run, jump, and throw, improving their fitness, dexterity, and coordination.

 

This programme is suitable for:

+ Kids aged 4 - 7 years old

Learn the fundamentals of movement through exposure of all the various athletics events. Confidence and social skills are inculcated through the activities and drills.

+ Kids aged 8-12 years old

There will be higher levels of skill acquisition through training that encourages them to be sharp and quick. Also good for children who just want to keep fit!

+ School Team Athletes

We will recommend and prepare athletes for their events national competitions and will peak around Mar/Apr (local race calendar). From an international school? We help prepare athletes for ACSIS and similar competitions too!

We also ensure that while preparing for competition, the fundamentals of the normal programme are inculcated into the athlete so as to develop a robust base of strength.

+ Athletes from Other Sports

Our training will benefit athletes playing other sports by improving their foundation skills, reaction, speed, power, and general fitness. We have athletes from badminton, rugby, football, tennis, etc! Contact us to see what we can do for you.

+ Senior (13 and up)

  • New to athletics? Or just looking for general training?

    We will help you develop the skills to improve your fitness. Eventually, you may even take it up as your main sport!

  • Already in athletics/cross country and looking to improve?

    Come join our TeamFabian squad and experience training like nothing you have done before! We also hold training on unofficial days including group long runs and hill sessions.
