Fabian Williams Coaching Concepts (FWCC) was established in 2010 and specialises in coaching athletics and triathlon. We take a science based approach to training both kids and adults with the coaches' expertise in sports science and coaching. Our programmes are also based on the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model to help athletes constantly improve and reach the next level.

Coach Fabian William
Coach Fabian founded FWCC Pte Ltd in 2010 using the experience he had gained from training the previous Commando’s Army Half Marathon teams when he was in service.
As an athlete, Coach Fabian is reputed for coming in champion and breaking the Singapore Ultra-marathon record at the 2008 Adidas Sundown Ultra-Marathon. His other racing achievements include completing the Ironman in Busselton, Western Australia (2012), being the 1st-placed Singaporean in the 2009 Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Half Marathon and the 2006 Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon.
As a coach, he is certified by various sporting organisations such as the Australian Track & Field Coaches Association (ATFCA) and the International Triathlon Union (ITU). He is also a qualified International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) Level 2 Coaching Course Lecturer and an IAAF Technical Official.
Coach Fabian’s expertise shows in the athletes he has produced not just in athletics, but in triathlon and adventure racing as well. He has developed athletes in schools from primary up to tertiary level. He also headed the successful adventure racing team, Team RedsXtreme.
Coach Shawn Wee
Coach Shawn started his coaching career in the UK with South West Athletics Academy and the University of Exeter. He is currently the head coach of FWCC.
Holding a degree in Exercise and Sports Science as well as certifications from UKA, IAAF, and TAS, he brings a science-based approach to his coaching and FWCC’s programmes.
Since his school days, Coach Shawn has experience with jumps, sprints, and hurdle events, competing in the local circuit as well as at university level in the UK. He is constantly sharing his experience and knowledge with his athletes in order for them to improve as athletes.
Coach Louise Yap
Coach Louise developed a profound interest in track and field at the young age of 7 years old. Determined and self-motivated, she competed in national level events at 15 years old. Coach Louise represented the state of Perak in the hurdles event and won the 80m hurdles event at age 11, leading to an invitation to the coveted Program Gold Search (Malaysia’s National Team Training Camp). She is not only adept in hurdles, and won silver in Pentathlon in 2012.
