Coach Fabian William

Coach Fabian founded FWCC Pte Ltd in 2010 using the experience he had gained from training the previous Commando’s Army Half Marathon teams when he was in service.


As an athlete, Coach Fabian is reputed for coming in champion and breaking the Singapore Ultra-marathon record at the 2008 Adidas Sundown Ultra-Marathon. His other racing achievements include completing the Ironman in Busselton, Western Australia (2012), being the 1st-placed Singaporean in the 2009 Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Half Marathon and the 2006 Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon.

As a coach, he is certified by various sporting organisations such as the Australian Track & Field Coaches Association (ATFCA) and the International Triathlon Union (ITU). He is also a qualified International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) Level 2 Coaching Course Lecturer and an IAAF Technical Official.

Coach Fabian’s expertise shows in the athletes he has produced not just in athletics, but in triathlon and adventure racing as well. He has developed athletes in schools from primary up to tertiary level. He also headed the successful adventure racing team, Team RedsXtreme.


Coach R Kabilan

Coach Kabilan started off his coaching career here at FWCC since 2012. He completed his Diploma in Sports Coaching from Republic Polytechnic, and was also the youngest IAAF-certified coach when he completed his CECS Level 1 in 2014.

With his time as a school cross-country runner, Coach Kabi aims to inject his sessions with fun to make the training more engaging, and hopes to help young athletes find their way in their sport.


Coach Lionel

Coach Lionel’s journey started when he was a school athlete with FWCC. His cross-country team had placed 3rd, and himself, 12th, for the National Inter-School Cross Country.

He did his internship with FWCC as part of his Diploma in Sports Coaching, and decided to continue following his graduation. Along the way, he attained his IAAF coaching certification.

Coach Lionel is our coach for the younger athletes, he is able to bring fun into training to keep the kids engaged while learning and enjoying the sessions. He focus a lot on movement correction to get the kids moving right from young.


Coach Dillon

Coach Dillon started off as a competitive track and field/cross-country athlete for Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He completed his Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Sport Science & Management from NTU in 2021 with distinction.

As a student-athlete himself (at the university level), he understands the needs and demands of student-athletes and how to better cope with school and training life. He possesses knowledge and experience as a competitive distance athlete.
